Kids SUMMER camp

A perfect way for your child to spend their summer!

Ages 6-12 welcome

Your child will journey through various pottery making techniques from pinching pots and hand-building to working on a real potter’s wheel. In an era of e-summers, clay summer camps allow your child to interact with other children and express their creativity!

Each week long session is held on Monday-Friday from 9am-2pm and will include a 15-minute snack session (provided by Clay) & a 30-minute lunch session (provided by parents). Each day, our experienced instructors will help children express their creativity and develop pertinent pottery skills. During our sessions, children will make a variety of projects including piggy banks, trinket boxes, coil pots, and special mementos that will last a lifetime! In between making pieces, they will also have time to play together in the park and have an engaging summer break!

Parents can enjoy the summer while knowing their children are having a blast and spending the summer transforming ideas into creative expression. Sign up today!

COVID-19 Precautions/Rules: Clay Pottery Studio is diligent in following CDC guidelines and providing a safe environment for all students, therefore the following rules are set in place and must be followed at all times: Camp will be held in our new garage space next door to our studio with the garage door open at all times to provide adequate ventilation and air-flow. Children should come dressed in layers in case they get cold. Hand sanitizer/sinks will be accessible at all times and students will be encouraged to wash their hands throughout the day. Work stations and tools will be regularly sanitized. Parents may elect to purchase an individual tool kit for their child to use instead of sharing tools for an additional fee of $15 per tool kit. Students that are feeling any covid-related symptoms should contact Clay Pottery Studio immediately and should not come to class. Please keep in mind that the COVID-19 pandemic is constantly evolving and camp dates are subject to change/cancel if ordered by the government. We appreciate your cooperation to help us create a safe environment for everyone involved!
